The 15 Best Places for People Watching in Denver

Before reading this post, please read the above list on Foursquare. The list includes the 15 best places to people watch in Denver. According to the list, the best places include 16th Street Mall, Confluence Park and Cherry Creek Farmers Market among others.

Given that this is a published list online, and when doing a simple google search of "people watching," it becomes a given that people watching is an established hobby. Not creepy at all, huh? Well, we all people watch whether we admit to it or not.

When people watching (observing people) either deliberately or unintentionally, there are some major factors which are noticed and help to categorize people in your mind. Items such as clothing, tattoos, hair styles, and carried items show what the said person is interested in and how they take care of themselves. Facial expressions and body language help to establish whether this person is friendly or a threat. Listening to someone's conversation, whether they be with someone else or to themselves, gives the listener a window into their minds. Seeing all of this really establishes whether or not other people are a threat, and so is essentially a primal survival skill.

While people watching I have determined that it is one of the causes of me becoming more introverted.
